Q: Who is eligible to participate in the Employee Gift Program?

A: All J.D. Power employees and interns are eligible to participate in the Employee Gift Program. The program is not open to contractors and temps at this time.

    Q: When can I expect my delivery?

    A: Orders will begin shipping the first week of October. You will receive a shipping notification when your order is in transit that you can use to track your package, and a separate delivery notification when it has been delivered.

      Q: When ordering my 2024 employee gift, am I eligible for more than one gift if I have more than one email address?

      A: No. The 2024 employee gift covers one item per employee.

        Q: How can I track my order?

        A: You will receive an automated tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You will be able to use this number to monitor the progress of your order via FedEx or USPS or Freight Service.

          Q: Can I have my gift shipped to my home?

          A: Employees not based in China or Mexico can elect to have their gifts shipped to their home address or their office address. However, due to current shipping warnings and other factors impacting shipping within these geographies, employees based in China or Mexico must use their J.D. Power office location as the shipping address for their employee gift.

            Q: How do I change my shipping address?

            A: For orders that have yet to ship please contact our vendor, Simply Green Solutions via cs@simplygreensolutions.com. Reminder: Please double check your shipping address is correct before ordering any items through the Gear Store.

              Q: Can I use my own money to purchase additional J.D. Power branded merchandise from the J.D. Power Gear Store?

              A: Yes. Through the J.D. Power Gear Store website, click “J.D. Power Employee Gear Store” in the menu, and you will see several items currently available for purchase via personal credit/debit card or online payment account (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.)

                Q: Are there separate shipping costs associated with personal orders?

                A: Yes, shipping costs are applied to additional items purchased through the Gear Store and must be paid by the employee at checkout (you will not have to pay shipping cost on your 2024 employee gift item.) 

                  Q: Can I purchase J.D. Power branded merchandise or Gear Store gift cards for my team or for use at events through the J.D. Power Gear Store?

                  A: Yes. You can purchase J.D. Power merchandise from the J.D. Power Gear Store website. Team orders can be purchased via Coupa. Gear Store e-gift cards are also available in $25, $50, $100, and $200 denominations. Gift card link. You will receive an email confirmation with gift card redemption details after your order is successfully submitted.                     Q: Can Brand Licensing clients (e.g., award-winning clients) purchase merchandise through the J.D. Power Gear Store?

                    A: Not at this time. Please email merchandise@jdpa.com to place an order related to trophies and other merchandise items.

                      Q: I don’t see what I want in the J.D. Power Gear store, but have seen the items I want somewhere else – can we carry that item in the J.D. Power Gear store?

                                A: Although the majority of sizes are available, due to high demand, out of stock or backordering could occur and there is no guarantee all options will be available at all times. Alternatives will be provided should this situation arise.
